Who we are

Super Keuken Wrap (sole proprietorship), KvK 42127385, VAT ID NL005516757B68, Noordermeerweg 9, 8312 RA Creil, the Netherlands. Contact:[email protected] /+31 6 10757188. We are the data controller for the personal data collected via superkeukenwrap.nl.

What data we collect, and why

When you fill in the callback form, we ask for:

  • Name and phone number (required) — to call you back.
  • Postcode and a preferred time (required) — to plan the appointment; this data only goes into the one email about your request and is not stored separately in our customer system.
  • A message (optional) — to understand your question in advance.
  • If you used the price calculator: a summary of your calculation (selected items and estimated price) — so we don't have to ask you to repeat what you already filled in.
  • Attribution data (for example, which advertisement or search brought you to us, captured as gclid/utm parameters, referring page, and timestamp) — to see which marketing efforts work.

This data ends up in our email (via Resend) and, with the exception of postcode and preferred time, in our internal customer records (Cloudflare D1).

A spam filter (Cloudflare Turnstile) checks whether your request was submitted by a human; this briefly sends your IP address to Cloudflare for that check. To prevent abuse (too many requests in a row), we also remember your IP address for a maximum of 11 minutes in a counter.

Analytics

With your consent (via the cookie banner) we use Google Analytics 4 to see how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. Without consent, no analytics cookie is set. We may use Google Ads for advertising; conversion measurement only happens within your choices in the cookie banner.

Legal basis for processing

  • Name, phone, postcode, preferred time, and your message: performance of the agreementthat arises once you request a callback or quote (or the steps leading up to it).
  • Attribution data and the calculator summary: legitimate interest (we want to understand where requests come from, and not ask you for the same information twice).
  • Analytics cookies: only with your consent.

Who has access to your data (processors)

We only share data with parties that need it to make the site and our services work:

  • Cloudflare (Pages/Workers hosting, D1 database, spam checking via Turnstile, temporary request counter) — Cloudflare processes data globally under appropriate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses); our database is configured with a Western-Europe location preference.
  • Resend (sending the notification email for a new request, via send.superkeukenwrap.nl) — EU region.
  • Google (Google Analytics 4 and, potentially, Google Ads, within your cookie choices).
  • Google Workspace (our mailbox [email protected], where requests arrive).

Where applicable, we have data processing agreements with these parties, or rely on their standard data protection terms.

How long we keep your data

  • Requests and the related emails are kept for as long as relevant for customer contact and any warranty obligations — in practice, up to 10 years.
  • Invoices and other administrative records are kept for 7 years, as required by law.
  • The IP address behind your request is kept for a maximum of 11 minutes (solely to prevent abuse).
  • Attribution data in your browser (localStorage) expires automatically after 90 days; we remember your cookie choice for 180 days.

What Cloudflare itself retains at the platform level in terms of technical traffic data (for example, in their own server logs) is outside our control — see Cloudflare's own privacy policy for more information.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, and the right to object to processing. Contact us at [email protected]. If you disagree with how we process your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
